1.确保您所管辖区域现场员工的安全和服务质量

2.统筹所在区域对外电梯维保任务和维保人员的综合管理，确保维保业务各项考核指标的达成

3.确保可用资源的最优化配置，比如人力和物料等

4.对现场员工进行操作技能及服务意识培训，提升片区整体人员素质和服务质量

5.合理优化现场员工维保区域的划分，管理线路保养工时，维修响应速度与问题处理效率

6.为现场员工提供技术支持，或与公司相关部门讨论，提出解决方案以便现场员工及时改进

7.跟踪、监督维修订单完成情况

8.通过工作流程的不断优化来提高效率和提升团队协作能力

成功的候选人需要具备：

1.要求大专学历以上；本科或拥有相同工作经验（至少7年）优先考虑

2.需要有与技术团队密切合作的经验

3.需要有团队管理经验

4.拥有电梯行业工作经验者优先

5.出色的沟通技巧和领导能力，有能力组建高绩效团队和营造充满激情的工作氛围

6.熟练掌握计算机办公软件、具备优秀的销售思维和客户服务意识

7.需要能够接受出差
