Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Telefoniczna obsługa zgłoszeń o awariach urządzeń (windy oraz schody ruchome),

  • Komputerowa obsługa zgłaszanych usterek (rejestracja monitorowanie, zamykanie zgłoszeń w systemie),

  • Koordynowanie i monitorowanie procesu usuwania usterek przez pracowników działu Serwisu,

  • Informowanie klientów o procedurach usuwania awarii oraz udzielanie informacji o zakresie wykonywanych działań.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze Klienta na podobnym stanowisku – mile widziane,

  • Dyspozycyjność w zmianowym systemie pracy (6-14, 7-15, 10-18,14-22, 22-6; także w weekendy i święta),

  • Wykształcenie średnie,

  • Komunikatywność, empatia oraz otwartość,

  • Znajomości MS Office (w szczególności MS Excel) byłaby mile widziana.
