高層ビル・マンションや商業施設等に設置されるエレベーター、エスカレーター等昇降機の新設・改修工事の施工管理業務に携わって頂きます。具体的には、工事工程管理、協力会社管理監督・施工・搬入計画、施工中の安全管理・進捗管理、引き渡し等、ビルの建設スケジュールに合わせて工事計画を進めて頂きます。
限られた工期の中で、円滑に業務を遂行頂く為、営業・発注元・協力会社等多くの方と関わり、コミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進める事が重要となりま
要件
電気や機械に関する知識を持ち、その原理を据付に応用できることが重要となります。
昇降機等の据付の経験のある方は優遇します
エレベーターの施工管理職としてのキャリアを追求することに関心がある方
普通自動車 免許 必須
電気と機械に 自信のある 方
図面 の読み方や計算に 自信のある方
技術的な製品や新技術 の習得に 熱心 な方

時間：08時45分〜17時30分時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）
36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）
賃金：180,000 円〜400,000 円（月額）
昇給あり：昇給率 1月あたり3.30％（本年度実績）
賞与あり：賞与月数 計6.19ヶ月分（前年度実績）

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。
・有給休暇は入社時に付与します：前職の付与日数を考慮します
・2023年度全社平均有給取得日数：13日間
