奥的斯正在不断发展壮大，我们正在招聘一名卓越的党委工会干事，该职位主要负责党办、宣传、工会等工作。
通常情况下，您需要
1、负责党办、宣传、组织、统战、老干部、纪检监察等工作。
2、做好工会等相关工作，负责会员的发展、会员关系的接转及会籍档案的管理，收缴会费，会议记录等工作；组织职工开展多种形式的寓教于乐的文体活动，不断创新， 营造积极向上的企业文化氛围。
3、起草党群相关工作的通知、报告、计划、总结、形势宣讲和领导讲话等文字材料。
4、协调沟通各基层党组织及工会组织的相关工作。
5、对上级组织安排的工作及时传达部署，并做好贯彻落实。
6、完成领导交办的各项工作。
成功的候选人需要具备：
1、中共党员（正式），须持党员身份证明
2、党性观念强，热爱党群工作，遵纪守法，品行端正，作风正派，无违法违纪记录，无失信行为
3、具有丰富的党群工作经验，从事基层党群工作3-5年
4、具有国家承认的本科及以上学历，专业不限
5、身体健康，具有正常履行职责的身体条件
6、具有一定的组织、沟通、协调和写作能力（独立起草请示报告、总结经验、计划要点、思想分析、形势宣讲、调研报告及领导讲话等相关文字材料），能熟练操作办公软件（能独立制作PPT文档等）
7、掌握基本英语听说读写译能力
8、善于合作，具有奉献和吃苦耐劳精神，原则性强，办事干练，勇于担当
