岗位描述:
分析现代化更新业务市场数据和销售管道数据，帮助区域/分公司提高现代化更新业务销售管道100%覆盖；了解分公司现代化更新销售的需求，及时响应并快速解决，帮助分公司现代化更新销售提高项目中标率，协助现代化更新销售经理完成现代更新订单年度计划。
岗位职责:
收集现代化更新市场数据信息，帮助分公司扩大销售管道。 销售管道数据分析：通过CRM系统销售管道数据分析，找出不足并帮助分公司改善，达到公司管理要求。 每月更新销售员报价量，找出存在的问题，并督促问题销售员改进。 每月更新销售员滚动6个月管道数据，并督促分公司持续提升。 每月更新销售员订单数据，支持完成销售员排名。 分公司销售提出的需求，快速响应并协调和支持解决。 主管交办的其他工作。 在管辖区域内执行并维护有效的环境、健康与安全管理。 遵守卓越服务的政策和程序，履行卓越服务的客户承诺，制定卓越服务计划和活动，回顾实施进展，实现卓越服务目标。 遵守并执行商业道德制度，加强管理，避免员工违反商业道德行为。
职责与衡量标准:
报价量完成计划 滚动6个月管道 AEEB/MX订单完成计划
主要工作关系: （特指业务相关部门）
总部：服务部、法律部、财务部及其他职能部门 区域/分公司 合作伙伴 直销客户
资质要求:
学历：大专以上学历 工作经验：相关工作经验 语言能力：国语读、说、写流利，有一定的英语基础 计算机水平：熟练使用各种办公软件 其它主要资质：
