发掘旧梯改造更新项目并与客户签订合同。
跟进旧梯改造更新项目并与客户签订合同。
和客户建立良好的业务关系及获得服务销售业务。
收取合同涉及的相关费用。
制订和完成旧梯改造更新销售计划。
填写客户拜访计划，按规定完成销售活动。
分析现有旧梯改造更新客户，对客户进行细分管理。
分析电梯改造需求，提供报价方案，负责旧梯改造更新合同内部评审、订货，安装及移交协调工作。
学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故（伤害、疾病，险兆以及环境事故等）、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析，并采取相应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动，并对自己的安全负责。
遵守卓越服务的政策和程序，履行卓越服务的客户承诺，制定卓越服务计划并实施，提供卓越服务培训，实现卓越服务目标。
