Aperçu du poste

Le responsable qualité et satisfaction clients garantit la qualité de la prestation délivrée par le Centre de Contact Client (CCC) incluant Otis Line, le Pôle Technique et notre sous-traitant de prise d’appel.

Il est également Chef de projet lié à la transformation de la relation client.

Poste en CDD de 6 mois basé au Siège social de Puteaux.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

  • Piloter le Sous-traitant de prise d’appel (respect du contrat, KPI, compliance des process…)

  • Piloter la qualité de prestation du Centre de Contact Client à travers la mise en place d’audits qualité et de l’analyse des réclamations

  • Animer et manager la démarche qualité et EH&S de l’entreprise au sein du Centre de Contact Client

  • Participer et piloter les projets inhérents à la qualité et à la modernisation de la relation client.

  • Être force de proposition et innovant pour mettre en place les outils de gestion et de pilotage afin d’assurer l’amélioration continue du service

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  • Être diplômé d'un Bac+5 (Commerce/Relation Client)ou expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire

  • Justifier d'au minimum 3 ans d'expérience

  • Maitriser les outils Microsoft 360

  • Faire preuve de leadership et savoir travailler en équipe
