Job Description –
The Eastern Operating Unit is seeking a Service Project Manager to provide administrative and operational support to assist in managing and overseeing compliance and key performance indicators.
What you’ll do:
The service project manager will be responsible for the following:
Serve as a liaison for operational requests.
Interface with external customers work order systems to record maintenance procedures.
Organize solutions for customer issues and escalations.
Generate and distribute KPI reports to ensure operational compliance.
You should have:
At least 3 years of industry experience with proven success in administrative sales or operational support.
Strong relationship-building skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and peer managers in a demanding, results oriented, technical environment.
Education / Certifications:
Associates degree preferred.
Travel:
No travel required.
