成功的候选人需要具备：

• 要求高中学历；学士学位或同等相关工作经验（至少 3 年）优先考虑

• 有领导技术人员团队经验者优先考虑 希望有电梯行业经验，但非必需

• 具有使用数字应用程序管理团队和产品的经验

• 出色的沟通技巧和领导能力，以及在高度团队导向和充满活力的环境中工作的能力

• 具有很强的计算机和技术技能、商业头脑和客户服务热情
