通常情况下,您需要

  • 调配人员执行计划性保养工作,实施对保养和维修监督的指挥和人力安排,处理紧急召修和客户投诉,确保地铁项目电扶梯质量和安全运行,提高客户对维保服务的满意度。

  • 按保养、安全的规范和业主的要求,做好项目部质量管理工作,确保设备处于完好的运行状态,与工厂和支持部门密切联系及时处理故障和反馈质量问题。

  • 联络客户和征求客户对维修工作的意见,维护好客户关系,处理客户投诉。

  • 审核维修技工的月度绩效KPI并对其进行指导和培训以提高员工保养质量。

  • 完成每月对技师保养质量的抽查并及时反馈到月度KPI中。

  • 统一控制、安排项目部内部员工技能培训,确保员工可以通过OM3S技能考核。

  • 审核、统计、分析、控制维修工地材料费用在合理范围内。

  • 合理安排并反馈总部、OM3S项目部以及客户下达的排查,与工厂密切配合完成整改工作。

  • 合理调配人力和利用工时以及维保线路以提高维保效率,与HR密切配合管理项目部人员储备。

  • 学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故(伤害、疾病,险兆以及环境事故等)、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析,并采取相应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动,并对自己的安全负责。

  • 遵守卓越服务的政策和程序,履行卓越服务的客户承诺,制定卓越服务计划并实施,提供卓越服务培训,实现卓越服务目标。

  • 遵守商业道德相关规定,并能监督他人共同遵守,有问题及时反馈。

成功的候选人需要具备:

  • 学历:专科以上,机电、机械、自动化及相关专业

  • 工作经验:至少2年以上工地管理经验

  • 熟悉扶梯产品或直梯产品结构与功能。

  • 语言能力:国语读、说、写流利,有一定的英语基础

  • 计算机水平:熟练使用各办公软件
