3.负责分公司的新梯销售，安装工地和人事的管理
4.带领分公司团队，通过执行核心业务流程，开发和维护重要客户关系
5.制定优化组织机构与人才发展，实现市场占有率最大化及利润最大化，最终确保实现公司的长期业务目标
成功的候选人需要具备：
1.学历：大学本科及以上学历
2.工作经验：有新梯和服务管理工作经验
3.领导力能力列项要求：分析性思考能力、创新能力、判断力、商业道德规范、沟通能力、客户导向、结果导向
4.业务能力列项要求：市场、竞争和增长、客户关系、销售管理、产品知识、核心价值观与奥的斯一致、安全管理、工地管理、财务管理、人力资源管理
5.计算机水平：办公软件
