Aperçu du poste :

En tant que Responsable planification, votre rôle est d'établir les prévisions d’appels et d'allouer les ressources internes de façon la plus optimisée possible pour permettre l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs d' Otis Line dans le respect des règles budgétaires.

Poste localisé à notre Siège social de Puteaux.

Poste en CDD d'1 an.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Optimiser les ressources à planifier en fonction de la charge de travail du service

• Anticiper les besoins en fonction du prévisionnel, du réalisé de J – 2 à J – 7 et des prévisions météo à venir.

• Avoir une vision macro et à long terme du planning général pour réviser les charges et adapter la structure des ressources

• Gérer les heures supplémentaires, les congés, la planification des formations

• Etablir et ajuster les prévisions d’appels du sous-traitant

• Produire les statistiques du logiciel de planification (absences, heures supplémentaires, formation…)

• Avoir une démarche d’amélioration continue sur son périmètre

• Maitriser le logiciel de planification du service

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Etre diplômé d'une formation BAC+2/3 ou expérience professionnelle

• Justifier d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur sur un poste équivalent

• Maitriser EXCEL

• Savoir utiliser des outils de planification et de gestion des temps

• Connaître la réglementation liée à l'organisation du temps de travail

• Etre doté d'un esprit de synthèse, faire preuve d'analyse et de réactivité
