Voor ons Nieuwbouw team zoeken we een Supervisor die regionaal verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van nieuwbouwprojecten van liften en roltrappen. Als Supervisor geef je leiding aan een groep monteurs en subcontractors binnen de nieuwbouwprojecten.

Concreet houdt dit het volgende takenpakket in:

• Leidinggeven aan een team van monteurs en subcontractors

• Maken van projectplanningen en adequate afstemming met de opdrachtgevers

• Toezicht houden op de uitvoering van projecten

• Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken

• Zorgen voor een prettige werkomgeving

• Samenwerken met de verkopers in het contact met de opdrachtgevers

Als Supervisor, kan jij je herkennen in volgende criteria:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau

• Rijbewijs B

• Stressbestendig

• Gestructureerd

• Een typische ‘hands-on’ mentaliteit

• Communicatief sterk

• Resultaat- en klantgerichte instelling

• Leidinggevende ervaring / ervaring in de technische sector / technische opleiding is een pré
