Supervisor de Servicio para Cuentas Especiales

Otis está creciendo y estamos reclutando un Supervisor para cubrir en CDMX. El objetivo principal de la función es supervisar la calidad y seguridad en los mantenimientos de los Proyectos Especiales asignados en la Ciudad.
Funciones y responsabilidades
Seguimiento y soporte administrativo en la operación de los contratos.
Llevar controles operativos que garanticen el cumplimiento de las métricas de servicio.
Generar solicitudes de materiales y asegurar el seguimiento hasta su entrega.
Coordinar y brindar soporte al personal técnico para ejecución de tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Monitorear avances en ejecución de servicios
Revisión metódica de comprobantes especiales de mantenimiento
Sostener juntas periódicas con clientes a nivel central y viajar a otros distritos cuando sea necesario.
Realizar auditorias de calidad de mantenimiento y seguridad de los procesos en los equipos de su cartera.

Preferente: Ing. Mecánica / Ing. Eléctrica / Ing. Industrial o Ing. Mecatrónica.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar con administración de personal a su cargo.
Manejo de Office 360 (En especial Excel, Share Point, Power BI y OneDrive)
Conocimientos técnicos en elevadores y escaleras eléctricas.
Conocimientos en Electricidad, Mecánica y Electrónica.
