通常情况下，您需要：
1.提升现场员工的安全意识确保服务质量和作业规范性
2.通过拜访客户，确保合同履约，保证客户满意度
3.指导、监督现场维保工作和合同规定的其他服务的履行
4.对现场员工进行操作技能及服务意识培训
5.确保客户服务质量，管控人力、物料成本
6.合理优化现场员工维保区域的划分，管理线路保养工时，维修响应速度与问题处理效率
7.与维保销售部门合作，给客户维保业务的报价方案提供技术指导
8.跟踪、监督维保订单完成情况
9.通过工作流程的不断优化来提高效率和提升团队协作能力
成功的候选人需要具备：
1.要求大专学历以上；本科或拥有相同工作经验者（至少3年）优先考虑
2.有带领技术团队经验者优先考虑
3.有电梯行业经验优先考虑
4.具备会使用数字化工具去管理团队和产品的经验
5.出色的沟通技巧和领导能力，有能力组建高绩效团队和营造充满激情的工作氛围
6.熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件、具备销售的思维和服务客户的热情
